Is there a way to do this?
Replace by:
Code:
while [ $(ps ax|grep -ic $MYSQLDUMP) -gt 4 ] ;do sleep 3;done

While 4+1(grep) sleep 3 seconds Smilie , or you can use pgrep but that's another story.
