I found the answer to this question thanks to phoenix from the Daemon Forums.

You need to a symlink as follows ...

$ ln -s /usr/local/diablo-jre1.6.0/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so ~/.mozilla/plugins/

httppower is a helper program for powerman which enables it to communicate with HTTP based power distribution units. It is run interac- tively by the powerman daemon. OPTIONS
