Memory Usage In MB across PID

need to know memory usage across a PID, like if it is allocated 10 MB out of total 20 MB , %age used is 50% by that PID process.

Need in MB with total %age allocated to a process.

Memory usage in Solaris - memory not freed?

Hi, I'm running a multi-process software system on a Solaris 8 machine. When I monitor the memory usage, I see that the free memory is dropping rapidly, but I can't detect a process that uses this memory. I'm using "top" to get the free memory and the memory usage of processes. Thanks. (3 Replies)

rwsnoop - snoop read/write events. Uses DTrace. SYNOPSIS
rwsnoop [-jPtvZ] [-n name] [-p PID] DESCRIPTION
This is measuring reads and writes at the application level. This matches the syscalls read, write, pread and pwrite. Since this uses DTrace, only users with root privileges can run this command. OPTIONS
