Go this way for HP-UX certification:

Path should be,

1)HP0-A01
2)HP0-A02
3)HP0-A03 (I believe, you can make choices like MCSG, HPVM here. It also does not mean you would get certificates for each. Its like specialist)

Once you are done with HP0-A01, you would become a CSA (Certified System Administrator)

Once you are done with HP0-A02 and HP0-A03, you would become a CSE (Certified System Engineer)

If you want more, you can learn more and go on. Hope this helps!
