cd /usr/local/share/xsessions
edit gnome.desktop
replace (at the end of the file)
Exec=gnome-session
TryExec=gnome-session
with
Exec=gnome-session --purge-delay=5000 --warn-delay=5000
TryExec=gnome-session --purge-delay=5000 --warn-delay=5000
