If you want to send the attachment with the mail body..
${MAIL} -s "health check" -a ${Mail_file} ${Mail_addr} < content_file

I usually write a file TEST.MAIL like this to send mails:
Importance: High
Priority: Urgent
X-Priority: 1 (Highest)
From: user
Subject: error
... text body ....
and then I launch it (or writre a c-chell that launchs it) by writing:
mail a@b.com < /users/.../TEST.MAIL

I need to send attachment with email as external attachment. Presently, we are using uuencode to make an attachment but it is going as content of body. We are using below command.
uuencode "filename1" "filename2" | mailx -r "$SENDFROM" ${SENDTO}

dl10n-mail -- translator mailing lists (and BTS) robot for status updates
SYNOPSIS
dl10n-mail [options] lang+
DESCRIPTION
This script can receive mails from the debian-l10n-<language> mailing list or read an archivein thembox format. It looks for emails which
title follow a specific format indicating what the author intend to translate, or the current status of his work on this translation.
Those informations are saved to a dl10n database which can then be used to build a l10n coordination page or any other useless statistics.
Command line option parsing
General options:

Begin point of the crawling:
--msgid=Message-ID
if not specified, will crawl for new messages.
