Bug same issue

I have this same situation with Slackware 12.1 fresh install, and I want to add it to my current main grub boot loader which is now with my Ubuntu, and here is my post; to boot Slackware 12.1 can I install grub - LinuxQuestions.org

grub problem- keeps rebooting as soon as it tries to do grub

Hi, I installed solaris 10 a few weeks ago. It was working fine during the past two weeks. However, now when I start to load to the drive, I get this problem: The BIOS screen comes up like normal, then screen goes blank and a message "Grub loading stage 2" flashes real quick then the computer... Set up images to boot from DEVICE. You should not normally run this program directly. Use grub-install instead. -a, --allow-floppy Make the drive also bootable as floppy (default for fdX devices).
