At the first instance, you're using an invalid shell, provided /bin/false is inside the /etc/shells
user:x:8005:508::/export/home/user:/bin/false :/
whatever, can you post the outputs?
cat /etc/ssh/ssh_config
check if symbolic link exists between /bin -> /usr/bin
