permission to install software

Appreciate your response.
I am quite new to Linux and am not sure how to mount with 'exec' option. I had already put a line in my /etc/fstab file which says
/dev/sda1 /media/usbdisk vfat noauto,rw,user 1 3
Am I supposed to insert the no exec option in 'noauto,rw,user,exec'? Thanks.

i would like to allow them to install program (since they're requesting to use bnc/psybnc) using their shell
