Creating/Installing a bff

I posted my question here regarding creating/installing a bff package to a directory of user's choice (instead of fixed one), still looking for an answer Smilie mklpp does not seem to handle this. (Can someone confirm?)

Can the .toc file edited prior to installing the bff and modified so that the installation can be performed to a directory of user's choice? I tried this, but the bff does not seem to read the .toc? Can any one shed some light regarding this?

Thanks!!
