Not true narasimhulu. It can cause when the disk is not bootable/readable.
eg. if you were to overturn the cdrom and insert it , trying to boot it, will cause such messages too.
Be sure that you burnt the sparc version.
Use solaris 10 05/08 release and try
Versions like 11/06 , 08/07 had bugs
