find files by OWNER
i have written a script in which i have to go to a dir and search there for files belonging to owner pipe and then delete them
Can anyone tell me how to find files by owner pipe. below some of the files belonging to owner pipe

We have some files are under 744 permissions and the the owner is say owner1 and group1.
Now we have another user owner2 of group2, owner2 can remove files of the owner1 and the permission of those files are 744, unix admin told us he did some config at his side so we can do that.

NAME
explain_pipe_or_die - create pipe and report errors
SYNOPSIS

void explain_pipe_or_die(int *pipefd);
DESCRIPTION
The explain_pipe_or_die function is used to call the pipe(2) system call. On failure an explanation will be printed to stderr, obtained
from explain_pipe(3), and then the process terminates by calling exit(EXIT_FAILURE).
This function is intended to be used in a fashion similar to the following example:
explain_pipe_or_die(pipefd);
pipefd The pipefd, exactly as to be passed to the pipe(2) system call.
Returns:
This function only returns on success. On failure, prints an explanation and exits.
