I use linux and it is a great OS, I use Redhat Linux 9 and I was wondering are they going to update 9 or they'll be leaving that to the fedora project?
I would like a stable linux distro.

We have dual processor dell machine loaded with redhat linux 7.2. It was working fine without any problem but recently power went off so suddenly system switched off. The below output does not tell about REDHAT version.

In my server, the hostname and IP addresses are added to the known_hosts which then be hashed by ssh-keygen -H -f. Is it possible to check if an IP address has already been added to the hashed known_hosts to avoid duplications (I think there will be problems if there are duplicated IP... (3 Replies)
