because after i run the below script the thing seems to be always in loop and cannot get out till i ctrl + c, is there anything that i can add in the script to make it terminate ?

I am ftping the file from one unix box to another box. This script works fine. Only problem here is, it is asking the password when ftp the file. How can i stop that. I have a strange problem.
I have the following in a cron to find files older than a day.

Retrieve the result from the last multibyte regular expression match PARAMETERS
This function has no parameters. RETURN VALUES
An array including the sub-string of matched part by last mb_ereg_search(3), mb_ereg_search_pos(3), mb_ereg_search_regs(3). If there are some matches, the first element will have the matched sub-string, the second element will have the first part grouped with brackets, the third element will have the second part grouped with brackets, and so on. It returns FALSE on error; NOTES
