As you said my iowait is high. What can I do to decrease it?
But I think this is not the only problem of the server. I've another sever with iowait about 3 but it runs fast and without any poblem.

Slow Backup

These programs follow the usual GNU command line syntax, with long options starting with two dashes (`-').
