Is this because of the sleep time that is there? Does ps -ef list the processes that are sleeping because the manual says that it lists all the 'active' processes.

why does it give me 6 values? i assume ppid is 28086

cli_set_process_title - Sets the process title
SYNOPSIS
bool cli_set_process_title (string $title)
DESCRIPTION
Sets the process title visible in tools such as top and ps. This function is available only in CLI mode.
