I am running a test command and if the user is not found you have to type exit and it wiil exit. Ok I did that. But if the user is found it is supposed to finger them. But my problem is it makes you type exit first... (2 Replies)

Am using the below command to start my application using the root user
su - bin -c "/home/bin/test/start.sh"
but am getting the error becaue i have set some environment varibales in bin .profile

I have set up a cron job which calls another shell script shell script which in turn calls a Java process. The cron tab looks so.
0,30 7-18 * * 1-5 /u01/home/weblogic/brp/bin/checkstatus.sh >> /u01/home/weblogic/logs/checkstatus.log

1) I have a backup shell script, let's call it backup.sh, that is called every hour as a cron job.
As a matter of fact a backup could last more than one hour.

This module is provided for backwards compatibility with modules that depend on the interface provided by the "URI::URL" class that used to
be distributed with the libwww-perl library.
The following differences exist compared to the "URI" class interface:
o The URI::URL module exports the url() function as an alternate constructor interface.
o The constructor takes an optional $base argument. The "URI::URL" class is a subclass of "URI::WithBase".
o The URI::URL->newlocal class method is the same as URI::file->new_abs.
o URI::URL::strict(1)
o $url->print_on method
o $url->crack method
o $url->full_path: same as ($uri->abs_path || "/")
o $url->netloc: same as $uri->authority
o $url->epath, $url->equery: same as $uri->path, $uri->query
