hmmm... i don't know why the disk doesn't accept the label... try to call "format -e" and choose "label" (the right disk!) and then take the "smi" label...

I am trying to mirror 2 identical disks on a SUN Ultra 10 machines (with new installation of Solaris 8). In the process, I found 2 issues:
1. prtvtoc /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s0 | fmthard -s - /dev/rdsk/c0t1d0s0
Result: Disk partitions between the 2 disks do not match up.

I have a Sun X4200, when I try to reboot the machine it's not detecting the drive and it shows the following error when I try to rebuilt it. I am not sure whether its a bad HD or something else.

2) Already added the new entry into sd.conf and rebooted.
3) Already done these:

I've just replaced the eprom battery on my Sun Ultra-30 and having boot issues. For some reason its trying to boot off the network instead of the DISK1. Howe can I change it so the open boot does not default to the boot device: NET

glObjectPtrLabel - label a a sync object identified by a pointer
C SPECIFICATION
void glObjectPtrLabel(void * ptr, GLsizei length, const char * label);
PARAMETERS
ptr
A pointer identifying a sync object.
length
The length of the label to be used for the object.
label
The address of a string containing the label to assign to the object.
DESCRIPTION
glObjectPtrLabel labels the sync object identified by ptr.
label is the address of a string that will be used to label the object. length contains the number of characters in label. If length is
negative, it is implied that label contains a null-terminated string. If label is NULL, any debug label is effectively removed from the
object.
ERRORS
GL_INVALID_VALUE is generated if ptr is not a valid sync object.
GL_INVALID_VALUE is generated if the number of characters in label, excluding the null terminator when length is negative, is greater than
the value of GL_MAX_LABEL_LENGTH.
ASSOCIATED GETS
glGet() with argument GL_MAX_LABEL_LENGTH.
