Bug readable rdiff output

Hi Experts,

I have to display rdiff in a readable format.

The rdiff output is as under:

I need to display the output so that the if a column in a row is changed from 3 to 4 then in the ouput, it should show as (3)/4 for that row

if its newly added , it should show as (-)/4 for that row

if 3 is deleted (3)/(-) for that row

please help me parse the output
