hi,
can some body in helping me in finding the virtual ip of the aix machine
using ifconfig.
I tried ifconfig -a but there could be any interface name so finding that out would be difficult.
So colud anyone suggest me some option.

could anyone please help with find command in AIX. I am trying to find files but there are more than 30thousand files in there.I realise I need to use xargs somehow but dunno the correct way to pull this.

Hello experts, I would get from a list of files, which are more ancient than 1 hour. Examples:
Current date:
Wed Oct 28 16:10:02 SAT 2015
using:
find path -name 'file_name. *' -mtime +0
I see files with less at 00:00:00 date of the current day.

NAME
ipcs - provide information on ipc facilities
SYNOPSIS
ipcs [-asmq] [-tclup]
ipcs [-smq] -i id
ipcs -h
DESCRIPTION
ipcs provides information on the ipc facilities for which the calling process has read access.
The -i option allows a specific resource id to be specified. Only information on this id will be printed.
Resources may be specified as follows:
-m shared memory segments
-q message queues
-s semaphore arrays
-a all (this is the default)
The output format may be specified as follows:
-t time
-p pid
-c creator
-l limits
-u summary

CONFORMING TO
The Linux ipcs utility is not fully compatible to the POSIX ipcs utility. The Linux version does not support the -b and -o options, but
does support the -l and -u options not defined by POSIX. The portable application shall not use the -a, -b, -o, -l, and -u options.
