MySQL Finally got it working

Firstly thanks to everyone who posted on this thread.
I've finally got it working correctly!!

The code I used is as follows:

do
  newfile="$(echo $file | sed 's/\(.*_\)\(.*\)-\(.*\)\(_.*\)/\1\3-\2\4/')"
  mv $file $newfile
done
