Calculate the average per block.

My old school way is a one liner. And will search for average from SAR, to get the data receive rate. But, I dont think it is practical or accurate,. Because it calculates to off peak hours. latency [options] DESCRIPTION
latency is part of the Xenomai test suite. It is a timer latency benchmark program. The system must run a suitable Xenomai enabled kernel with the respective module (xeno_timerbench). OPTIONS
