I have tried that too, I have passed in some returns in the answer file, but it is not taking them as input to scroll down, instead it is accepting them at the eula agreement form.
I dont want user to give any kind of input for scrolling down.
Any kind of help would be great

I came across this site while Googling for how to silently install JDK 6u17. I didn't find a solution, but I came up with this hack so I thought I'd post it here:
The trick is to just temporarily disable the "more" application:
