I think increasing the available memmory to JVM would be enough. Add these parameters to the command line:
This way, a min. of 256Mb to a max. of 512Mb will be available. Change the values acording to your needs and tell us if it worked

DESCRIPTION
jsvc executes classfile that implements a Daemon interface.
OPTIONS -jvm JVM name
use a specific Java Virtual Machine.

-cp/ -classpath directory and zip/jar files
set search path for service classes and resouces
-java-home directory
