This is a very starnge problem I am having. I have a shell script that calls a stored procedure.
Here's my code in shell script:
sqlplus "userid/pwd" @file.sql
and file.sql has the following statement:
exec my_storedProc;

I pass some runtime arguments (date, number) through ksh script to Oracle procedure, use input value and pass it on to procedure.
Oracle procedure gets input value, run query and logs everything in the logfile.

DESCRIPTION
Determine if words are reserved by Sybase.
METHODS
is_reserved( $word )
Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by either Sybase ASE 12 or 15.
is_reserved_by_ase12( $word )
Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by Sybase ASE 12.
is_reserved_by_ase15( $word )
Returns a boolean indicating if $word is reserved by Sybase ASE 15.
reserved_by( $word )
Returns a list with Sybase versions that reserves $word.
