You might also try the following with your current configuration:
From SCO Knowledge Base.
The use of multiple processor cores is enabled by default
on OpenServer 6. To disable it, enter the boot parameter:
MULTICORE=N
at the boot loader prompt (or add it to the /stand/boot
or /etc/default/boot file). If the use of multiple processor cores
is explicitly disabled, then the use of hyperthreading is
also disabled.
Note that on some systems (particularly where multi-core
processors are included in the system's MPS tables),
ACPI=Y must be entered in addition to MULTICORE=N to
disable the use of multiple cores.
NOTES:
The boot parameters above are discussed on the boot(HW)
manual page.
Boot parameters may also be set using the SCOadmin System
Startup Manager.
Having multiple core support enabled has no effect on
systems that do not have multiple core processors.

I'm installing SCO Open Server 6.0v on VMWare ESXi,
The instalation procedure giving by UnXis is using OVF deploy template and
it create a primary partition of 10gb only.
Any one know, if the OVF template could be edited to create a larger partition??

SYNOPSIS
To compile this driver into the kernel, place the following lines in your kernel configuration file:

DESCRIPTION
The siba driver supports the Sonic Inc. Silicon Backplane, the interblock communications architecture that can be found in most Broadcom
wireless NICs.
A bus connects all of the Silicon Backplane's functional blocks. These functional blocks, known as cores, use the Open Core Protocol (OCP)
interface to communicate with agents attached to the Silicon Backplane.
Each NIC uses a chip from the same chip family. Each member of the family contains a different set of cores, but shares basic architectural
features such as address space definition, interrupt and error architecture, and backplane register definitions.
Each core can have an initiator agent that passes read and write requests onto the system backplane and a target agent that returns responses
to those requests. Not all cores contain both an initiator and a target agent. Initiator agents are present in cores that contain host
interfaces (PCI, PCMCIA), embedded processors (MIPS), or DMA processors associated with communications cores.
All cores other than PCMCIA have a target agent.
