i actually know the mrtg.cfg consist of, the thing i cant understand is how to query snmpd to get info on how much traffic were on some ip port number, and can't find it in documentation yet. Is it possible with snmp at all?

I got snmpd running here now.
But how do I configure it so it also shows the HD's and swap and RAM's?
So I can get the info back to Solarwinds Orion?
All I get now is network card status.
