You could use Solaris Volume Manager to set up mirroring, but I can't remember if it does Raid 5. Most production Sun boxes I have ever worked on use Veritas software (Foundation Suite or Volume Manager) to handle their disks, and you can definately do Raid 5 with that.
If your disks are in a Sun array like an A5200 or D1000 there may be hardware raid options available as well. If it's just a diskpack or similar that won't be an option. Check docs.sun.com for install/user guides for your model of array to see what it can do.
