Hi beisaikong,
Once add your file into cron table then you should compile the cron table then only it will take to execute your new added script.
so check it out the below command to add the new script and execute the script via cron.
$ crontab -l > crontxt.txt
Created new txt in your current directory then you can add you script and save it the txt file.
$ crontab < crontxt.txt
Moved the updated txtcron file into cron table file.
$ . ./crontab
compile the updated cron table.
or you can use the below command also.
or . ./crontxt.txt
then you see the output of the file in correct time of script running. if you want see the out put of the file you can create on log file and redirected the output of the script to the log file. then you can see the log file.

This package provides a command which wraps around the client side of the ftp protocol provided by package ftp to allow the retrieval of

API
::ftp::geturl url
This command can be used by the generic command ::uri::geturl (See package uri) to retrieve the contents of ftp urls. Internally it
uses the commands of the package ftp to fulfill the request.
The contents of a ftp url are defined as follows:
file The contents of the specified file itself.
