New to AIX System Admin

I'm too a beginning AIX-sysadmin/consultant
This is what i did:
read a lot of redbooks: This is my list:
- started with: AIX 5L and Windows 2000 - side by side.pdf
- then: p5 and pSeries Administration and Support for AIX 5L Version 5.3.pdf
- pSeries AIX System Administration.pdf
- AIX 5L v5.3 Installation and migration.pdf
- AIX 5L Installation and System Recovery.pdf
and so on
You should also get yourself a (little) IBM testmachine...

My salary is 800$ per month and I have invited in Czech Republic as an AIX administrator giving me 1000 euro... if I go to Czech republic I will have additional problems such as flat for living and transport.. so would you recommend me to go there dear friends? :-) I am hesitating and don't know... I have taken exams before through vue or prometric I did not see rh system admin exam on either site? any feedback would be helpful such as cost? how many test is it one or two? is the comptia linux+ just as recognized...
