I would like to know that is there any way to find out that any client of solaris server, is fetching data from a server, in that situationng server can log what data which is flowing in the form of packet, client is fetching from the server through any application or any utility.

Hi all,
Iam looking out for a shell script which pulls archive from Server A to Server B.
And at the same time, we dont want the archives which are already pulled in Server B to be removed from Server A.
Please help me on this, I have been trying on this for a quiet few time.

I need to connect to a ServerB from Server A
eg: Server A : 172.20.273.51, un: xxx, pwd: xxx
Server B: 172.20.273.51, un:yyy, pwd: yyy
Need to copy the files(with name starts with IME*) from /grid/pc/IME*
to /grid/pc/archive

Please suggest how to untar archive on remote sever. When im trying use regular command without any flags everything working fine:
$( ssh <user>@<server> -n '. ~/.profile >/dev/null 2>&1 ; cd /path_1 ; copiedIVR_name=`ls -tr | tail -1` ; tar xvf $copiedIVR_name ' )

a)Collect some data like id sysid,disks,ip,etc..on solaris10

b)Create this file.cfg with this command on solaris 10
zonep2vchk -c > /migration/sol10.cfg

install-solaris install-solaris invokes the Solaris Install program. Depending on graphical capability and available memory at the time of invocation, install-solaris invokes either a text-based installer or a graphical installer.
