Uses for a Sun e250?

I got the laptop working (it is an old Twinhead A5000) with a basic install of Gentoo. However, I am running Gnome and I cannot find a terminal emulator. I think I can run X11 and get a terminal emulator, but, I can't figure out how to load X11. More research required.
Still, the x86 box is actually running, so I should be able to start working on the sparc box later this week.

I have cisco console cable. One end of the cable is DB9 connector and the other end is RJ45 connector. I would like to use this cable to connect to my SUN E250 system from my pc so that I can access the SUn console directly.

We have an E250 which we need to access to install solaris 10 for a communigate trial.
We only have the server itself, no cables or anything and im struggling to gain access.

bterm - framebuffer terminal emulator SYNOPSIS
bterm -f font.bgf [-l locale] [program] DESCRIPTION
bterm is a terminal emulator for the Linux framebuffer. It supports multibyte locales and wide characters, in addition to basic terminal features such as cursor positioning. OPTIONS
-f font.bgf Specify the font. BGF fonts are produced by bdftobogl(1) from standard BDF font files. -l locale Specify a locale for bterm and processes run within it. The locale may also be specified normally in the environment. If a locale, especially one with a different character set than the current locale, will be used inside of bterm, it should be specified on the command line. EXIT STATUS
The following exit values are returned: 0 Successful completion. 1-125 Exit code from executed program 127 Failed to exec program >=128 Program terminated by signal. NOTES
