I have a case where i am connecting to the oracle DB and reading a column value....
Script is in production...it was running fine,,,but suddenly now some times its started giving pain....

I am trying to truncate a table using below script. When I ran the script it runs fine but table was not truncated and the spool is empty. I am not sure what is wrong with pl/sql block.

DESCRIPTION
set_item_init() assigns the application-defined function to be called when the menu is posted and just after the current item changes.

RETURN VALUES
