If rsh and remsh are "turned off" then, no. Not without privilege.
You do realize that you can access all of the remote Oracle servers without physically running your sql code on those servers. In other words, you can write a block of code on boxa, that runs on boxa, that accesses, in turn, all of the remote Oracle instances that you need to query. You never leave boxa, where you have to run your script.
Ask your DBA to set up tnsnames and make a few other other changes so you can do that. This is standard Oracle. You may already be able to do that now, so ask your DBA "how to"

script - make record of a terminal session
SYNOPSIS
script [-a] [filename]
DESCRIPTION
The script utility makes a record of everything printed on your screen. The record is written to filename. If no file name is given, the
record is saved in the file typescript. See WARNINGS.
The script command forks and creates a sub-shell, according to the value of $SHELL, and records the text from this session. The script ends
when the forked shell exits or when Control-d is typed.
OPTIONS
The following option is supported:
-a Appends the session record to filename, rather than overwriting it.
NOTES
script places everything that appears on the screen in filename, including prompts.
