Operating Systems Linux Wireless card won't pick up network Post 302070057 by byblyk on Friday 31st of March 2006 02:16:00 AM

Just an update i did some tinkering and reloaded the modules and now when i try to bring the interface up it says

Quote:
/sbin/ifup wlan0
Error : unrecognised wireless request "Mb/s"
Error for wireless request "Set Encode" (8B2A) :
SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.

Determining IP information for wlan0... failed; no link present. Check cable?
I've got some googling to do but any body seen this before?

Thanks
Byblyk
