upstr - convert a string to upper case ORIGIN

s Pointer to the source string t Pointer to the destination string DESCRIPTION
upstr converts the s string to upper case in t. The space for t must be allocated by the caller, and be at least strlen(s) + 1 long. EXAMPLE
