If you want to run a Apache server, I recommend you install your operating system in server mode and install to hard disk. If you are beginner, running from the CD from might be confusing because of the need for temporary files and to make changes. The easiest way (that we all did as beginners) is to install to hard disk, a full sever install.

Yes, Apache is great, the world finest and most widely used web server software.

SYNOPSIS

       any2djvu url {filename(s)}

DESCRIPTION

       Converts files from .ps/.ps.gz/.pdf to .djvu by running them through a web server willing to perform this task.

       Invoke with -h switch for usage information.

ENVIRONMENT

       Non-empty value of DJVU_ONLINE_ACK acknowledges transmission of the documents to the server (so that no warning dialog is displayed).
