VOIP calling account software

does anybody a software for linux or window
which i can authenticate user's in my router
with FXO cards.I'm doing Voice over ip Origination
I'm using taccacs plus for my dialup connections
but for telephone calls i need a software that can show thier remaining credit (calculate it by county code their dialing)

IT IS REALLTY URGENT!!!
