All linux systems are great and none are 'better' than others. Just pick one that you like and go with it. This site does not endorse one linux distribution over another..... per the forum rules.

Having said that, I use Slackware and have for almost 10 years (gosh, I'm getting old).... but I don't claim that it is better or worse, it is just 'what i like' and 'I" like it because I've been using it for 10 years

All the other Linux distros are very good too!! Just pick one...... REDHAT is popular and the list goes on and on and on..... please support the vendors, they work hard and distribute very cheap!
