theres a couple of different ways
I'm almost certain that you could set up your boot.ini to take care of that for you (assuming it was carried over from Windows 2000...haven't looked into XP much), but your XP drive would have to be the first one in line to boot.

http://math.uwb.edu.pl/~mariusz/dualboot/index.html for info on dual-booting Solaris with Windows NT...it should be pretty close to what you want to do.
There are also programs that you can set up to load before any of your OSes that will manage your booting, partitions, etc for you. I believe one of the better ones is called System Commander...you might try looking it up online, or checking eBay for a copy (usually around $25).

From googling around, I have found that dual booting isn't so hard... if you are installing both for the first time. However, I couldn't find anything on if I can preserve my Solaris 10 partition that is already installed.
