You should be able to copy it just like you would anything else, like MP3's.

This is the same priciple of updating your flash bios. (ie. download, copy to disk, reboot). Of course, in your case you will just copy to CD, close out the CD, and then search for the install.bat or some other install file on the CD.

If your asking if you need to compile anything, it shouldn't require that at all.
