you just need multiple zone instruction (and multiple zone databases of course Smilie )

small example (easy but workable)

Code:
zone "zooclub.ru" {
        type master;
        file "master/zooclub.ru";
        allow-query { any; };
        allow-transfer { 194.226.96.8;
                         195.131.212.198; };
        notify yes;
};

zone "lilit.pp.ru" {
        type master;
        file "master/lilit.pp.ru";
        allow-query { any; };
        allow-transfer { 195.131.212.198; };
        notify yes;
};

and here we can see 2 zones (domains) -- zooclub.ru and lilit.pp.ru
