Problem while Deleting file
All,

I am trying to delete a user created file from specified folder. This folder is using for my Team member (i.e, Public folder). For example,

$ ls -l
total 1336
-rw-rw-r-- 1 g_btha customer 2655 Dec 06 12:35 A_COL_1001

While deleting/moving this file I am getting the following error:

$ rm -i A_COL_1001
rm: Remove A_COL_1001? y
rm: 0653-609 Cannot remove A_COL_1001.
The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.
$

I used "chmod" command and trying to delete, but no action on this. Does anybody please help me how to delete this file? My team members are also unable to delete this file.

I dont think that will help.

Post the output of

id
groups
# 4

To delete a file, you need write permission on the directory.
