Please expand the abbreviation "IPC". It has many different meanings in Computer Programming, Telecoms, and Work Flow.

When I Google your words they turn up a lot in job adverts in India.

IPC stands Inter Process Communication like PIPE,SINGAL, SEMAPHORE etc.

You may scp (secure copy) it. There're tools available for doing this, like WinSCP, Secure File Transfer Client, etc..

Also, a lot of terminal emulators have a facility to do this. One for example, is pscp which comes bundled with PuTTY.
