Bug command to LOG OUT ?

Hello sir,
to restart or shutdown we have commands like :-

poweroff
reboot
shutdown
Then what is the command to LOG OUT ????
I know that we can just go and click log out, but I want to know how to log out from terminal.
Can u please tell me the command !!!!

Log out from what? For the console, it would be "logout". For the GUI, it depends on what GUI you are using (GNOME/KDE/CDE/...)

Bug

I know we can do "Exit".It will just put off the console.
I am talking abt LOGOUT from the computer.
We dont have a command named "logout".
what is the command to log out to another user ???

If you logged into a console, exit will logout of the console. The questions not answered are relevant -- log out from what?

I don't know of a command to log out another user. Killing processes belonging to them should do it.
