Hi is there any way to connect through com port to using shell script.

Yes, but nothing is too well standardized across Unices. Probably better go to the forum for your particular platform. On Linux the com ports are on /dev/ttySx or at least used to be, but you're probably better off using a scriptable terminal program than a direct shell script unless you want to do something very simple and/or very specific.
