The issue may be with your intranet then - either a filter in place to disallow connections to the outside world or disallow the returning message from the outside world. Check with your network folks to see what's going on. You might try running a traceroute to the IPs that you can't get to and see where it hangs and give that info to your network folks.

You said it right , here at our place they placed a filter to disallow connections to the outside world that is they have placed a firewall to send and recieve messages from outside.

I am able to solve this problem after speaking to my sys admin folks
i have done the tracert command from dos
