Replace critical files with errors - pam_UNIX_auth.so.1 & fed

I moved my server while it was running. I was in a hurry. Also it's a bare motherboard with drives in a cage sitting basically on their own.
Once I realized how badly I had hurt it doing this, I mounted the board in a tower case I repurposed, mounted the drives, power supply etc. Now the server is in a case and tucked safely away.
Moving it caused the system to experience huge amounts of grief. I cleared errors and erased damaged files on the storage pool.
Using:
sudo fmadm faulty --- show the errors
sudo fmadm repaired "huge cut n paste of drive name" --- clear errors
I also had to run
sudo zpool status -v --- display the files with errors
removed files and directories depending on the files and errors found
sudo zpool clear (pool name) (drive name) ----

I've cleared out the data errors but still am showing 2 system files with errors.

//usr/lib/fm/fmd/fmd
//usr/lib/security/pam_unix_auth.so.1

How can I replace these two files ? Or do I need to reinstall solaris completely ??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not an expert here - never had errors in ZFS.
A full restore is certainly the safest.
You can try to restore (re-install) affected packages, named SUNW*, from the install media's Product directory.
You can find the package name for a given pathname, for example
Code:
# pkgchk -lp /usr/lib/fm/fmd/fmd
Pathname: /usr/lib/fm/fmd/fmd
Type: regular file
Expected mode: 0555
Expected owner: root
Expected group: bin
Expected file size (bytes): 300536
Expected sum(1) of contents: 49956
Expected last modification: Apr 08 01:10:04 2008
Referenced by the following packages:
        SUNWfmd
Current status: installed
