A package will have all the libraries it needs, and will install them. If you ran pkgadd and got no errors it is correctly installed. It will not work for you without configuration.
Apache is the same.

Apache and Samba are difficult to configure and get working. There is a lot of information out on the internet on how to do it. ftp is already there. nfs requires a little learning.
Samba:
https://blogs.oracle.com/timthomas/e...uring_samba_as
Apache:
Quick and dirty guide to apache on solaris 10
nfs:
Setting Up NFS Services (System Administration Guide: Network Services)

And please note: Many of these things may require skills you might not have yet.
If you have a single, simple question we can answer it, but as to stepping you through configuring apache, nfs, and samba this forum is not the appropriate medium for that.
