I want just copy files from windows desktop to solaris image in virtual box so I dont know which method will be most convenient
Can yopu advice me ?

just use the "shared folder" function. so you can share a folder from windows to the guest os.

What is "nestat" ?
What Solaris release are you using (cat /etc/release) ?
Can you post the output of these commands:

nestat -> my fault it whould be netstat

I strongly doubt you used netstat to enable dhcp.
